In May 2023, I graduated Hillsdale College summa cum laude with my Bachelor of Arts in History. I currently have a year-long fellowship through Intercollegiate Studies Institute with the American Spectator.

Journalist – Musician
Growing and Developing Skills for the Real World
As a student – journalist I wrote for Michigan’s oldest student newspaper, the Collegian, for four years. I also contribute weekly to the student radio station, check out my newscasts and features at Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7FM
During the summer of 2021, I interned with the Raleigh News & Observer through the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. While there, I reported on Features and Entertainment in the great city of Raleigh, North Carolina.
I have freelanced for the Federalist. I also started my own substack: Pilgrim’s Way. Check out my weekly articles on history and culture!
Beginning in June 2023, I will spend a year as an Intercollegiate Studies Institute Fellow with The American Spectator. Follow my work there.
Experience
Professional and Student
I composed weekly articles on historical events on my personal substack newsletter. Provided administrative assistance for MindUnion. Pitched and authored articles on music and history for The Federalist.
Wrote and published over 50 articles on a variety of topics. Interviewed professors, students, college and city officials. Served as the Assistant Culture editor (2021-2022). Compiled and recorded weekly newscasts and features for Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM
Reported and covered entertainment and features in the greater Raleigh area for 9 weeks.
Directed a volunteer choir for weekly, monthly, and special events (including mass for Archbishop Schneider and Cardinal Muller).
